This particular location will tell you "...well we are the busiest location of all" and that is their excuse for having 1 teller at the counter with 7 people in line. I went there on my lunch break because their hours of operation are insane! What kind of bank closes at 4pm on a friday!!!? Saturday hours are garbage and dont bother trying to accomplish anything which requires a desk banker because they will be booked up, making no exceptions for you even if saturday is the only day you have available free from work. They make it impossible for anyone with a normal job to get service.

Do NOT use mobile check deposit. They will hold your funds for 3 to 5 days. 

I tried to deposit CASH at the teller counter onto my credit card. Told them i need the funds today. They said there will be a hold.

Not only will BoA charge you fees on a free checking account, but they are the highest when it comes to monthly maintenance fees. They charge maintenance fees even if you also have a credit card through them. They charge me 79 dollars annually for the credit card plus my APR is nearly 22% and they refused every request i made for a lower apr when ive never made a late payment in over 2 years.

Slow, customer service is so so, pot holes all over the parking lot, drive thru shutdown (employee says because people preferred to use the ATM instead...yeah right), could use a paint job and some TLC. 2 stars for being less then a mile away other then that its the ghetto location.

Have been sitting here for more than an hour and forty five minutes trying to get a two clicks on the computer question answered. We were told we were waiting for a banker because the teller is not authorized to help us. Okay no problem, until I see two bankers leave for the day without a word. Starting to feel like we're going to be asked to leave without any help as the branch will have been closed for an hour now. I'm so pleased I don't conduct business here, I love my bank even more after this experience.

Great customer service. For a  large corporate bank, that's rare. This is my preferred location because of that. I have BOA closer to home, but I drive here when I need a person to help me.

Closed the drive thru last year, got rid of the merchant teller inside, rude notaries, customer service is nonexistent.  

Customer service has improved, so I am changing from a one star to a three star review.
