Worst customer service ever. The staff has no banking information whatsoever . Even the manager Jeff has no banking info at all . If BOA wants to stay in business at this location they need to hire a new staff . I am already taking my business to us bank

They never staff enough to take care of their customers. Staffing is a huge problem at this bank. One or two tellers is insufficient for the lines they have during the day. Very disappointed.

The worst Bank of America I ever been.Especially the manager of this branch.Hope they can fire him.

I get its a Friday and no one wants to stay later than they have to. I had everything I needed to change the name on my account. Waited for a personal banker and when one was available she wanted to schedule an appointment for tomorrow. Don't expect them to wait past business hours to help a customer.

So slow, they are located in an outdoor shopping center but only ever have two tellers!
