Absolutely the worst customer service. I would rate them zero stars if I could. They hold the trust accounts for my in-laws accounts. After they both passed, my sister-in-law contacted DofA in NV where she and my in-laws lived to get the trustees changed to herself and DH. The NV BofA branch gave her the forms to send to DH to get notarized. The NV BofA officer James McMillen told her, DH could take the forms to any BofA. On his first trip to this office he was told to go to the City of Prescott and they would notarize it! (bankers must still think we are all idiots) He can home and called BofA. Finally got James in the Estate Unit who said to go back, give them the case#. The branch could call the Estate Unit and James or someone there help them complete everything. DH went back again and the women (same one who told him to go to the City of Prescott) refused to call the Estate Unit. Flat out refused. Told DH to go to the BofA in Prescott Valley.

I used to work there.  Boa truly does not care about customers.  I mean in the core of the company culture,  they hate "dealing" with customers. Their goal is to "migrate" (that is the term used internally, and bonuses are paid on migration) customers to using technology that involves using no boa employees.
