Stood in line for 1/2 hour.  Only 2 teller windows open, one was someone being trained.  The other teller said she'd "be right back" then left, never came back.  Manager allowed people behind us to cut in front of us, and she herself could've opened a window.  HORRIBLE

There were 2 lines, one for the merchant teller and the other for regular customers, they had only one teller, who was only working the merchant teller line. Some customers complained about it but they did not seem to care. I'm considering going with another bank

Stood in line for 20 min, they only had one teller working and she was irritated after only 10 min after opening. She was rude and had an attitude.

I went in to cash a check....they told me they didn't have enough money and maybe I should go to a bigger bank of America down the street.. really? The check was for 4,100.00. It's a bank! I will be cancelling my account.
