I wouldn't recommend this branch location. I expressed urgency in scheduling an appointment since they only had three bank reps working on a Saturday and weren't able to assist me. I provided my information and call back number and I never received a phone call. I called on Tuesday to schedule an appointment and no answer. I left a voice mail and never received a call back.  Take your business elsewhere. I'm all about to pull all my dad's assets and take it to BofA.
