Gave 3 because bank teller was nice, and the other people seem very friendly, happy smiling etc . But when it comes to waiting for 10 minutes just to change an address, and they let some other lady , thats suppose to go after you, go before you, we got a problem. Just because she had a bad attitude and asked how long was the wait time and you PANICKED doesnt mean you gotta let her go before me. I was waiting first. People need to learn how to wait their turn. We all want to be attended. Im a hair dresser , so i know what its like to give and recieve customer service satisfaction. And im  sorry for the other coworkers, but that lady with the long dark hair , olive tone skin needa to learn how to control her inner emotions. And not let other peoples bad attitude make her nervous. Litteraly , you just lost a client.

Telephone system is terrible. I would like on of the HOT Dudes there to try to get in touch with anyone in this bank. Terrible.

Walked in 15 minutes before closing to check the status of a debit card I ordered about a month ago. The rep at the front greeted me, her name was Kadianne, I believe. She asked my business for my visit and I explained it to her. She told me to call on the phone, and if I didn't want to do that she could set up an appointment. Was real short and quick with her answers, didn't emphatize with me at all and seemed like she didn't want to work since it was almost closing time. Will not visit this location again due to this below average service
