I recently refinanced my vehicle through Wells Fargo. The specialist that helped me was very patient as i had already started the process online and had suspended the account because the guy on the phone was rude. She sorted out the problems which took several days close to a week. Long story short she saved me more money by opening an account and doing auto pay. I'm very satisfied and look forward to banking at this branch as it is close to my job as well.
