Nice people, but NEVER ENOUGH TELLERS. Spending 30mins in line is ridiculous.

Worst place to possibly bank. Came in. Fairly slow foot traffic. I Checked in to change a name on a credit Account and was told it would take 10-15 mins before I'd be helped. Currently have been waiting about 45 minutes. People have came in after myself and been helped before I have. Completely unorganized. Still waiting in their lobby as I type this review. Thanks BOA for horrible service.
