This has been such a great banking relationship.  Our company uses this branch, and the team is extremely efficient.  From Tara, to Erin, and their staff, they address my team by first name, and make us feel like family.  Kudos to WELLS FARGO for hiring such a capable group of individuals!

Had a Wells Fargo count briefly but terminated it because apparently I wasn't active enough to avoid the monthly fee.  Even though my account had a high activity history.  It turned into a second job to avoid the monthly fee.  

This location is heavily understaffed.  With long wait lines on occasion.  The bars on the windows do not help.  They make you feel like you're the criminal.  You'll more than likely be run over by drivers thinking parking lot speed is 25 mph.  Customer service is excellent to hit or miss.  Do not recommend this location.

Some of the people are really nice but this one lady, I dont know he name, she is kind of moody when you ask her for help I mean ,after all it's her job.

I go through drive thru daily and there is one female that TAKES FOREVER. Drive thru is suppose to be fast, she needs to stay up front.  Maria, LaDell, and Andrea  are awesome.

If you can go to another branch, it would be in your best interest. Anytime I need anything more than just a basic withdrawal or deposit it is hard to get done here. I go to another branch, and I have no issues with my requests. There is always a wait for basic services too.
