Wow, I've reviewed my local branch before and same feedback for Towson. One teller on a Friday afternoon and six people in line. Unbelievable!

Just like everyone else is saying, there are not enough tellers to handle the volume of customers coming in during lunch hour. Two other bankers are just sitting there not even greeting people lining up.

They don't care about custimore. Been a time I waited 15 min in a line while 3 worker are just running around doing nothing. 6 windows 1 only is open. His forbid if ur in rush !!!

This bank never seems to have enough people working and never seems to have more than one person who can answer a question correctly. I have been doing transactions here for clients for three years and cannot wait until I never have to deal with them again. Countless hours have been wasted because one teller said something was good to go and then the next would have an issue and the cycle would start over. Go somewhere else if you want to work with people who know what they are doing.
