I stopped by today to have something called a Medallion Stamp done on some paperwork.  Since I have an account with them they said they could provide this for me.  And they did, it was very simple and easy, stopped in without an app. and the people there were very helpful and friendly.  I just thought I should write this review because the only ones I saw were bad and that wasn't my experience at all.

Horrible customer service, even for so-called high profile customer....It is not about the service they can provide, it is about their attitude toward the customer.

I came to this branch office to turn in a copy of my photo ID and my social security card so I could fully open my account for trading. Well my account opened for trading for about a week and then I had restrictions placed on my account where I could not buy stock. I called fidelity many times and spent hours on the phone all to find out that THIS office lost my information! Also they did not admit to it being lost at the office. They told me I need to send it again and MAYBE the restrictions will be lifted because apparently im on some watch list now. I guess my amount of money in their account has made me a low priority. I have been making countless phone calls to this branch and fidelity abroad getting very little help. Oh and good luck trying to get the manager over the phone, I haven't been able too.  If you are new to investing DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went there yesterday with my wife to look at account options for savings. Apparently, they do not do walk-ins, so I said I would be fine with them calling me back to schedule an appointment. They tried to get me to do everything online, but I prefer face-to-face. I had done some research, but wanted to explore my options. They called back the next day, and said that probably nobody could see me for the next month or so. Awesome service! I cannot imagine how quickly they get to me once they actually have my money. Will the turnaround time on queries be one year after they have actually gotten their hands on my money? Maybe I did not dress the way they want their customers (read: rich customers) to dress (cargo pants and t-shirt), which would make this even more shameful service. Stay away at all costs!!!
