I switched to U.S Bank after repeated terrible customer service from this branch of Bank of America.

Slow, no sense of customer service over basic withdrawals and deposits. Greeter asked one employee if he could assist and he just went about his way on the computer

This is the worst bank I'be ever dealt with. Every time I go there it's a hassle cashing checks. I can't even get my accounts closed here because of the banks closing hours during weekdays and that I work Saturdays. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere. Total CRAP!!!
