I set this account up for us and her disability check to be deposited. Living with me the whole time.I got a letter today Thursday saying my handicaps child address has changed.it has not   It took 4 months for me to get a atm card.Worst bank ever I've even tried calling other branches to fix my banking needs and no ones calls me back so I will take my account somewhere else

I do not recommend this bank to anyone. They have really no locations so you have to go out of your way to get to the branch. I tried to get a loan from this bank and put my car up for collateral (my car is worth 8500 and wanted 5000) my credit wasn't the best and when I asked the loan lady why I cant get a loan with them when I bank with them and have collateral she tells me they are more reserved because they are smaller well then I guess I need to take my business to a bigger bank that is more convenient. Don't be fooled by the free gifts they give you (that's what brought us in and I'm regretting it.)
