I have never been so mistreated in my life. Today I went in because I had concerns about my account. I needed to speak with the Assistant manager about my issues, she was so rude and condescending toward me that I began to cry (not anything normal for me whatsoever). I am so appalled at how I was treated especially by someone as high up in the bank as she. On top of that I tried to contact her manager to prevent the incident from ever happening to anyone else ever again, but I was sent to a voice mail and still have gotten no reply.
