I asked representive an simple documentation which I got from different BOFA before. He said we don`t have such a documentation and he wrote the informations what I asked him a piece of paper and said that paper is enough to proceed but I came to office to use my online banking and of course some of the information that I need missing. I called him and he was still resisting then found that paper on internet by self searching. It was a hedache to deal with that representive. Never use this location again!

One of the worst banks I have Ever had.  Ryan McAllister the banks manager is the rudest person I have met but not the only rude one in bank. I wNt to stick cash in my account I share with my oldest daughter and he knew me , called me by name and refused because I didn't have my ID  with me TO STICK CASH, IN MY ACCOUNT, THAT HE KNOWS ME. Another Lady said I have an ID I'll stick it in and he refused to let her. I had on a 2nd amendment shirt and he looked at it and huffed at me. When I ask him to give me info he made me leave. I will western Union her the money, pay the fee before I let him make me drive back up to that horrible place ......GO TO VILLAGE OR ANY OTHER BANK BUT BANK OF AMERICA.

Drive thru very helpful for those on the go. Has two ATM's and the wait for the line at times isn't too bad.

Terrible experience.  My father had an account for many years and used this branch.  After he passed away we gave them ALL of the paperwork and still after a month they are giving us the run around and have not released his funds.  SunTrust was able to release the funds on the very day we went in with the correct documentation.  This branch/bank is not a customer first friendly bank who is on your side ...

Awful service, typical of Bank of America 9ver the last 5 years.  The drive thru closes at 5, not just the lobby. Switching everything to my credit union.
