I walked into this bank because I had an overdraft that i wanted to get waived. I was told that they could do nothing about it. I told them that I've been a loyal client now and i have never had an overdraft in my life. As I'm there... i could hear another customer who had multiple overdrafts. She was probably in her 50's. Long story short, she got some of hers waived and i couldn't even get 1 that i had. I felt so discriminated. I'm 100% sure it was because of my age. I'm a college student, trying to save and they didn't take me seriously. HORRIBLE PLACE.

They always have long lines also only few tellers they take forever this is my second time here and I have really bad experience.

Ive been to this bank twice and had issues cashing my check for no reason other than visually profiling me. Today they were refusing to cash my check , even with my name in the system with the buisness . Luckly i had the buisness owner with me. He had to come in and make them cash it. Being they spoke the same language the teller was compfortable enough to let the owner know they didnt want to cash my check because u was black , or look black and they " personally " were refusing to cash my check.

Literally 20 people in line and only 3 windows open. Oh and of course the managers are just standing around shadowing their employees. Come on now
