Our company has been with Mission Valley for 5 years after switching from Wells Fargo and they are far and above a better bank.  They know your name when you walk in the door. They take your call and act immediately on any question, action or need you may have.  The team at Mission Valley watches out for our company and our future.  Great job Mission Valley!

Nice People. Great Service. There's only 2 branches, so this is some extremely personalized service. When you call theres no automated service, a real person picks up the phone, and that same person can usually address your problem immediately without even having to be transferred. Unlike the other review on here, I actually bank with MVB. I usually only bank with small banks, but most of the time small banks are kinda snooty. As a truck driver, with small account balances I've always felt welcome.

The worst bank ever n this is not even my bank I just came here to get a cash withdrawal it was an emergency so I thought I'll just do a quick withdrawal and the teller made a mistake and I ended up with no money in my account and it took them a whole month to get the money back to my account it was a nightmare very UNPROFESSIONAL the WORST bank EVER...... I just gave them 1 star because I wanted to do the review otherwise I wouldn't!! This bank don't know nothing about customer service at all!! Not what I respect from a bank !!
