There is never enough tellers at this bank. (2 tellers )This is the slowest bank I've ever gone to. I Will never go back to this branch again. All they went is to talk to you. Your BETTER off going to differant bank. Or just going out to ATM if you can.

BEWARE: The drive thru ATM at this location malfunctioned and ate some of my cash deposit! Yes! It was trapped behind the little sliding door! A nice bank employee slowly pulled out most of the $ but not all. Honestly, it took a whole week and a combined total of several HOURS of phone time (on hold most of this time) due to absurdly long waits for claims and customer service calls. One week and one day later, I am now getting back into my account the remainder of my money that was not recovered - stuck behind the automated/malfunctioned closed (cash) deposit door...Absolutely RIDICULOUS. Thank you to Elizabeth (in Georgia) with the claims dept. for finally getting the job done (cash recovered) properly!

Whent in on information on a credit card because I needed to pay some things off real soon was told I was going to have funds within 2 business days that was a lie all to get me to open a new account with them it been a weeks now and still nothing I needed the money a week ago not now how can you do that to people. Smh
