Daughter went into this branch to make a mortgage payment for me. When doing so the teller on staff related to my daughter how he couldn't take my payment at first because he felt it was to be a different amount. When my daughter informed him that there is a rep waiting for a call from them to verify he refused to contact. He also refused to speak to me on the phone when my daughter called me. He also refused to contact me at the phone number on file. I won't give his name for privacy reasons but the rep at the corporate office has noted the experience in the system under my loan.

The worst team ! They don't know how to communicate ! They rude ! They believe they own the bank

I have had a credit card opened by Wells Fargo without my authorization and consent here.  I'm sure the associate was just trying to reach her sales daily goals... but I consider that action to be fraud!

very clean, nice bankers, very helpful and friendly. and they didn't charge me any fees for cashing my paycheck

Walked in and was greeted immediately. Bank rep was pleasant. Bank was well maintained. We are now new members. 4 Stars!
