I have visited this BofA a number of time to have documents notarized.  Each time, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Lori Ferreira.  She, and the other staff at the bank are the definition of excellent customer service!!!  Thank you, Lori....for another great experience.  You make a big bank feel like a small, hometown bank!

Worst customer service. They do not know what they are doing, have no regard for you or your account no matter if you call ahead of time to make sure what you want done is possible. This location in particular, will only ever have one employee on behind the clerk station on a Friday, you will wait forever. Have had so many horrible experiences here and today was the last one. Closing my account and never recommending them to anyone... EVER!

Ridiculously slow one car in front of me been sitting in drive thru for 20 minutes and counting last time i was here lady was rude. If i didnt have come here to depoisit money got work i def wouldnt use bank of america
