Empire Loan is an awesome place to shop. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Julio, the assistant manager is truly a nice guy and aims to please. I bought a Nikon camera and he took the time to explain how it works. Lee is exceptionally sweet and Very informative. When buying or selling they will work with you and give you the best price. This isn't my first visit but is my first review. If you are happy with them you should leave a review. Come in and browse. You will be surprised at what you can find and the deals you can get! Thanks Lee and Julio for all of your help!!

Julio’s High energetic personality is a welcoming experience. He processes the ability to gain a customers trust. My transaction was smooth & i received awesome customer service along with  reasonable prices.

I Love the way I feel at home at Empire Loan , in N.B.I have been a customer for quite a few years now. I know my jewelry is safe, and that's a good feeling.
     Julio, helped me with my electronics, which was great! He's very friendly and polite, which is something you don't always see. Thanks for letting me put my input in.

I went to New Bedford Empire Loan looking for tools. The new assistant Manager were very helpful and knowledgeable purchase some tools and electronics. He also incredibly knowledgeable about jewelry plus he sold me some jewelry pieces great place to go for service with smile. Thank you Five Stars
