The Tellers are super rude. Can't ask them a question without some type of attitude. It's simply easy to be kind. Especially, if I'm allowing to handle some from of my money. Even though they are rude. I still go about asking them how are you, how is your day, etc. Point blank if I didn't have to go to this bank for work I wouldn't. I would drive to revere and bank with them.

worst BOA in all of New England! I can not believe Corporate has not "cleaned house" with this location, especially with so many bad reviews! could be so much better with the right management, ONLY go here if I absolutely have to other wise I would travel hours to go to any other BOA!! Always understaffed, which is probably the main issue. LONGEST lines every time no matter what day or time! Tellers are very nice, they try

It's really poor management in that location, I can't believe that's a big line all the time with 1 or 2 tellers 😱😱😱and when you look around you found more than 6 or 7 employees there and no one can help . That's why I switch to Santander bank they are the best.

The worst bank of all time! and most racist one I have ever witnessed 100% guarantee if it was in any other neighborhood in Massachusetts it would not last one day. God awful can't say enough horrible things about this place, and the manager "Lewis" is 100% incompetent for his position you think that in a bilingual neighborhood you would at least have a representative who can actually speak Spanish. 8 managers sanding around doing nothing 2 tellers for 40 people in the line.
