Every time I come here there is a line. But today they called me and caught a fraudster who stole a check from a mailbox who added his name to one of my business checks so I edited my review.  Great job catching this thief!!!

Throughout this past year, I've made hundreds of attempts to call this branch for questions that would take less than a minute for someone to explain to me, but no one here EVER answers the phone.  I've called multiple times, at all hours of operation, each day of the week, and NEVER ONCE, has anyone answered.  Door is almost NEVER open at 9 am but you can bet if you get there at 5:57 pm they will be GONE!  There's never enough tellers to accommodate the overwhelming lines that can form here, and twice my debit card just stopped working for no apparent reason that they could see, and I had to get a new one, leaving me unable to access any of my money unless I was making trips to the bank every day.  Sadly to say, if someone would have answered my millionth phone call this morning, I'd never have written this post.

why u even bother guys!!! its just another bank of america BS!!! worst service ever as usual!!! try loose ur debit card and call theeeemm!!! guess what !!??? they will never answer cz THEY REALLY DO NOT CARE!!!

Line wasn't terrible. Normal for 5pm. Two tellers. And the teller was patient when I had to look up an address. Got my cashiers check easily enough!
