Only giving one star because I have to in order to give a review. This bank is horrible. My fiance had fraud done to his account and he is being held liable. They have refused to help him. The branch manager Jeff Kennedy just laughed about it and no one is helping to fix it. Do not trust this bank with your hard earned money!

Their phone system sucks. Very nice people, but I could not get a hold of anyone. I waited more than 30 minutes for a call back. This is the area they need to improve. A credit union needs to act like a small bank instead of a large, I don't care bank with a large phone system.

We applied for an auto loan on Friday, and picked up the check on Monday, then picked up the car! Luz Castaneda at the Valley Parkway Branch started the process, and Katherine Liang finished it (only because Luz was not present on Monday). Both Luz and Katherine were very professional, friendly and helpful!! I will tell my friends to go to SDCCU-Escondido for their banking needs!!
