Big line, only one counter staff working and four staff standing around chatting. I understand not everyone may be trained / authorized for the window but very annoying as always seems to happen.

Don't go to chinese lady Mrs. Guan? She is a liar. I've opened a business account from her, she told me if I have $250 out of my account every month there will be no monthly fee charge, a way I can avoid monthly fee is I can write check to pay my rentals utilities and credit cards. I have pay out more than $250 every month. A month later o notice there's $18 fee charged, then I called her asked why there fee charged, she said oh checks doesn't count, you have to swipe your card from the machine. What a bad experience full of lie

the tells here are very helpful and friendly always... they are always going the extra mile when its not needed, that's great service. I also enjoy the fact that this branch is open on Saturday for banking services and not just for the ATM.

Don't go to this branch specially the chinese guy Tao he is a layer and will tell you anything to get rid of you.

Tiffany Zhao is the worst personal banker. She does not return phone calls, and never knows what's going on. I am never going back to this branch again.
