Hit or miss with this place. Most employees have an attitude and mess up more often than not. When you try and tell them they made a mistake.. they become confrontational and are unprofessional with how they handle their clients. 👎🏻

They have water bowls by the ATMs for dogs... That's great.

Staff is very friendly. They are open on the weekends, including Sunday, which is awesome!

I don't know about other TD banks, but this branch is great. Super fast service, friendly reps and even a great greeting intern at the door. You really feel welcomed.

TD Bank scams their customers with features such as the TD Debit Card Advance, which is actually a $35 overdraft fee they put in place when there was previously no overdraft fee. Account holders seem to be enrolled in this program by default - you must log in or talk to an associate to disable it.

Let's not forget that the former Commerce Bank was acquired by TD Banknorth in 2007 for $8.5B to become TD Bank. I remember one of the associates at the Rittenhouse location saying that there would be many more ATMs around the city in addition to the existing TD ATMs in Philadelphia. 

Since the acquisition, the quality of the branch customer service and phone line customer service has noticeably decreased. I find myself waiting much longer to get a representative on the phone these days.

Instead of opening more locations or installing more ATMs in Philadelphia, TD Bank reaped record profits by imposing many new hidden fees on their loyal customers. Stick it to the big banks (they are all the same essentially) and go to a credit union.
