Worst BOF ever. Very unprofessional and unfriendly towards customer. Representative made me wait for 20 mins and all along she was doing nothing and when I asked for a print out she in a very bad tone told me she would charge me $5 for a statement printout. Don't even bother to go there.

The location's manager could improve in customer service (and maybe attitude). When she is told that the customer is in a hurry (not trying to rush, just need her to acknowledge that), she's purposely slower down that you can tell. She does have the attitude that don't rush me, you will get it when you get it. Really Bank of America?! Is it how you train your employees? I do hope she doesn't represent the rest of BOA employees. To be specific, she is the location manager who helps me on Saturday July 15, 2017.

Service bad i lost my debet card im going there i want make deposit for $ 640 and take new debet card but lady working the front she no give time and she say way u lost your debet card ?????? This first time i have this problem there old time if im going there the lady from Afghanistan she help me and she make the best the best service please make sure u tall lady in the front make good service thank u.

No one ever answers the phone at this location. I tried the looping automated service and let it ring over 20 times! Finally I just hung up. So I just now went up there to exchange $60 in rolled quarters for cash. I got a lame excuse from a teller that they had to send them off somewhere to be counted and credit to me in 5 to 7 business days. Funny, Capital One does it no problem. I'll go there. Don't bother with this branch! Horrible customer service.
