Working with Jose Guerrero for a loan application was a great experience.  I received very personalized help and attention and the process was very fast and easy with approval and funding within a few hours of application.  I was always told to have an account with a credit union and this one is the best!  They have many services available that I didn't expect.  Highly recommended!

Jose Guerrero knows perfectly the kind of support that customers need; he was very kind with my husband and I, explaining our options to get a credit obtaining the maximum benefit. Filled out an application for new Savings (mandatory!) and Checking accounts online. Online processes states the applications will be processed in ONE business day. FIVE business days later I call - I am told my application will be processed that very day and I will receive a confirmation email. TWO days later and I still have no confirmation.  My confidence in Neighborhood Credit Union has been shaken right out of the gate.  I run my own business and my customers expect me to do exactly what I say I am going to do, so if I give you my money to hold, I think the very least you can do is follow through with the things you say you are going to do.  I'm not even asking for special treatment or consideration - just do what you say you are going to do.

Jose Gurerrero helped my husband and I buy our car at a dealership.  The interest was two points lower than the dealership was offering. Jose was professional and made everything happen for a smooth purchase.

Talk about GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I had been trying to get a loan and to refinance my car for the longest and had already given up until i came across Jose Guerrero. He answered all my questions, listened to all my concerns and MADE IT HAPPEN! I'm so grateful for the great service he provided. Thank you so much, Jose!!
