The staff at this office does not have customer service. This morning I went to cash a check to make the Christmas envelopes and the cashier started asking me personal questions like why am I cashing the check? They didn't cashed it because they have to prove that the owner of the check really gave it to me , that said Sandra the manager. After more than 25 years been a customer of this bank , It's the way they treat me?  They humiliated me in front of the other clients with no excuse, the funny part was that I had to go to the bank near my residence to be able to cash it in. Very Sad. Anyway I told Sandra to call the owner of the check and she answered "we don't make calls because it's Saturday."

tried to call and could get no help, however ms . Bissoon called me back and set an appointment at 4;30 the same day. She took care of wiring money for a closing. Happy ending

PROBABLY THE WORST BANK OF AMERICA I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO, with appointment you wait without appointment you wait, people up front give you the worst customer service attitude. Not friendly people! Definitely made me rethink about banking with Bank of America.

workers didn’t even know what was wrong with my card. wasted my time completely, go to a different bank with people who actually know what they’re doing.

Be very careful.  I made a large withdrawal today.  Never showed the money after leaving the bank.  I was followed for 2 hours, in hindsight i noticed a black suv at 2 of my stops which I never got out of the car. Finally I stopped to get food.  They blocked my suv, punched the window and grabbed the bag.  This was a high traffic plaza and they know exactly what they were looking for.  Either someone in the bank is feeding info or someone in the parking is a scout.  Police said I am not the first.  Be very careful at that bank. Lucky they dumped my passports, laptops etc on the road.  100% it is an employee of the bank or a scout that the bank let's hang out in the parking lot for extended periods of time.

4  "managers" or supervisors walking around and telling people sorry for the 40+ minutes of waiting to see a banker. Making an appointment and being a top tier client doesnt seem to  matter. Here is an idea. 1 manager or supervisor who also handles customer requests when busy and get the rest of the banking professionals to handle clients. This place is pretty horrible to say the least.

I went to this branch specifically to work with my usual banker Octavio but being unavailable, he recommended to have Magdalena assist me. From the moment I walked in and spoke with the front desk associate Magdalena, to the moment I left, everything went beyond expectations! Observing how attentive and sympathetic with every customer that arrived she and her colleagues were was really refreshing in today's environment. I was delighted by the support Dina provided in solving the issues and questions with an account in such a welcoming, friendly and courteous manner. The outstanding professionalism and attire from every member interacted with at this location was a pleasant surprise. This has been by far the best experience in a Bank of America branch I have encountered. Thank you!!

Thank you BOA for cleaning up a huge mess created by the Wells Fargo branch across the street.  The director of business accounts and the branch manager were SO amazing helpful and accommodative.  They were booked solid, but were able to get myself and my 2 partners in and out, opening up our startups C Corp account in 30 minutes.  Will never use Wells again, and moving all my accounts to BOA.

Extremely kind and knowledgeable staff. April has helped me remotely during the past 3 months. Luis spent time with me at the branch in assisting me with my small business goals and carefully guiding me while sharing with me my options. This bank is not in my backyard yet I will continue to drive over 45 mins one way because this team knows what they are doing. It is worth the trip.

We went to the BOA Mission Bay branch to send an international wire. The wire transfer specialist could not sent the wire to Asia, so she made up some excuses about a new federal law that made it hard or impossible to send the wire. This was a lie. She  told this to her supervisor who didn't know enough to challenge her.  Lying to customers is bad enough, but she did it because she was incapable of sending it. We went to our credit union and they sent the wire in 5 minutes. BOA sucks. Close your BOA account and join a credit union. Now, BOA does not even answer the phone at this branch.
