Bank of the West has deactivated my business debit card three times in the last 4 months.  They have no explanation as to why and each time I've been on the phone for hours.   I've had to have a new card issued each time and update all of my business accounts to continue to order materials for my business.   This is extremely time consuming and has disrupted my business production each time.  I've been unable to orde materials when they unexpectedly deactivated my cards.   This bank has caused financial loss in my business.   They have been unwilling to accommodate me each time, they have no answers and apparently there is a debit card they sent in the mail that is unaccounted for.  I am changing banks.
