One of my favorite banks. Everyone's always been polite and respectful. If there's a mistake, on their behalf or mine, they're always quick to fix it. Online banking has always been great.

Fees are excessive! Looking for a better option right now. There is a $5.00 for using bill pay and a $10.00 for internet banking, per account, per month. It is not a competitive practice for a bank.

Worst online banking and customer service I've ever encountered in my life. Cancelling my account ASAP. I wish I could rate you negative stars. Your a bunch of thieves!

This is the worst bank in Colorado. There are fees for everything and anything. USE ANOTHER BANK if you actually want your hard earn money for yourself. These fees range from 2.00 to 20.00 and you will see them every single month! It's awful.
