I have been going to Banks since I was little. I grew up with Thomas but I was hurt when he turned over management. Went and the food was great as always but the attitude of the new manager is ridiculous. He will lose a lot of customers until he fix it period. Fix the attitude, lower the prices back, and bring Thomas back. Management is a epic fail.

The food is awesome, but Mr. Banks has turned over management to a relative - I will refer to him as "Cashier the Hutt". Went there yesterday for the Sunday "Buffet", and chose one meat and three veggies for $9. When presenting the dish to the Hutt, he said that I had "too much food" on my plate. This threw off my meal and that of my guest. Two meals, two drinks, and one dessert came to $28 - too much for good food but with a bad attitude. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future - like La Fogata.
