Beware of this Bank. They steal your money!!!! Let me explain. I canceled a payment I had previously set up months earlier. Using the mobile app monitoring my account I have only one scheduled payment trash service. Next day my account is negative. Shows I have had 2 transactions proceseed. a payment processed of $520 and $93 the canceled payment which no longer even showed as a scheduled payment sent. The $93 sent as well. Unauthorized payment brought account negative. $36 overdraft accessed. Then $93 processed $36 fee accessed. Was able to get money returned contacting the company this payment was sent in error by the bank. So if a payment is canceled. Even if not canceled it should show as pending transaction. Then it will easily caught and ensure this is not sent. Not showing this and sending money is bank error. Then taking $72 from my account accessed as overdraft due to the banks error. Refusing to refund it when contacting them. This is stealing. Taking money from someone when not authorized or them knowing. It's stealing no matter how you want to describe it. So hope your informed prior to doing business with this bank if your considering opening an account. Who wants someone not trustworthy handling your money???
