The service folks at Banks Chevrolet really went above and beyond what I would have expected to help me out and get my frozen Diesel Colorado truck running again. I was fully prepared and expected to pay them for the service as this was really not a warranty issue, it was frozen Diesel Fuel. They got me out the door running again at no charge. The service folks taught me a valuable lesson in how to treat my fuel in cold weather. The folks at Banks Chevrolet truly take care of their customers.

This is an update to my review from eight months ago. I have been asked to comment on my recent service experience at Banks for a $5 Amazon gift card. Who wouldn't take them up on that offer? I have visited the service department every 5,000 miles for oil changes. this is quite frequent due to a 110 mile daily commute. But it's in Concord on the way home from work so I feel as if it's on the way. Usually when I get there I end up waiting about an hour because of people there before me. But the waiting area is comfortable. At my July visit I was told that the brakes needed to be scraped to get the dirt off, or some such thing, at the number of miles I was at. Since I was there for inspection and they would be looking at the brakes anyway I thought this was odd. My husband said later he had never heard of such a thing. And, according to the inspection report there was nothing that had to be taken care of for the brakes. So I would have spent money for nothing. Good thing I said no. Anyway, in terms of regular service through the Quick Lube line I have no complaints. The car is always washed and vacuumed. I recommend Banks for sales and service.

Leased a car here from Allison. I was a green horn and completely new to the process, and she was incredibly patient, informative, and helpful. They've fulfilled a few recalls on my vehicle since, with no hassle (even offering to wash my car afterward). They did my first 3 oil changes free. Really great place.

I've bought my last 5 vehicles from Banks and am convinced that the service level they offer is second to none. I've had great cars and not-so-great cars, but in the end, I've ALWAYS had great service for them when needed. The service department is top shelf, the building and waiting areas are outstanding too. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. When people make the investment on a vehicle, they often think about only the car, when in reality, a good amount of thought should go into the people and business reputation of the dealership selling you that car. Banks is THE BEST.

Mike Mercer and Banks did an outstanding job going the extra mile to try and resolve this shift issues I am having. Thank you! Based on where we ended up it seem like there is an issue with the new SW for the transmission that makes it better than it was but still unacceptable. Its unfortunate because while I’d recommend Banks in a second, I would never advocate for GMC based on this issue. I look forward to trading in or completing my lease and getting into a different make vehicle.
