Grappone Automotive Group offers new Ford, Honda, Hyundai, Mazda, Scion and Toyota vehicles. We also have a large selection of used vehicles, professionally staffed service and parts departments, and a collision center.

I bought my truck here in 2014.  It was only a year old with about 21K miles on it.  I have all my oil changes and other maintenance stuff done right here.  It was just in because the check engine light came on and they fixed it.  I am waiting for a call back as the part they changed also made it so my remote starter doesn't work.  They are trying to get the okay to get a new one installed for me for free and I will have to go back for that.  Greg and Dawn are terrific at the service writing desk and keep me well informed of the status of my For F-150.  Thanks!

Usually when I'm in the area I take a ride through. Their used inventory isn't so good but,  I suppose if you're looking for a new ride, this might be a good spot to look! A pretty large lot here with lots of brand new models..

I had been very turned off of car dealerships after a terrible three years with autofair leasing. I met with Toby and also Melvin about buying out my lease and possibly a trade in for the future. Not only did they assist me and give me an amazing deal without a million hidden fees and scams they explained every detail down to the "T" for me.  You should never feel stupid when buying into something. I felt well informed on my purchase and I highly recommend this dealership. Thank You again guys!

Good costumer service, not great but very good. And they have the new Mustang. 4 stars. That's how it works: if your place has the new Ford Mustang inside its walls then you automatically get a minumum of 4 stars. You're simply insane if your rating system works any other way.

My boyfriend and I worked with Charlie twice in the last 6 months. Although we didn't end up buying a car from Grappone (I decided to postpone for a few years, boyfriend bought a used vehicle that he had to travel far to get what he wanted) we had a great experience. Charlie is always smiling, very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. He asked when he could follow up and did as we agreed. No hassle, no pressure. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful.
