This law firm is by far the best of the best. Their staff is extremely nice. Mr. T Scott Jones handled my case. He explained everything in such great detail and made sure that I understood the process every step. Everything went so smoothly and the outcome was better than what I could have dreamed of. I couldn't imagine having anyone else represent me if I were to ever need legal services again.  There is no better attorneys office than Banks & Jones!

Can't recommend Banks & Jones enough.  I'm a recent transplant to Knoxville; and, they have quickly become my "go to" for all things legal.  Susan Haas was referred to me by a close friend.  I was transitioning from the military to civilian life; and, I hadn’t updated my wills or powers of attorney in quite a while.  Susan was great.  She walked me through the process from start to finish.  She returned calls promptly; and, she worked with my crazy, sometimes hectic schedule.  She listened to my intent and followed up with questions regarding details I had not considered.  She contacted me several times throughout the process to ensure she had gotten everything correct.  I was very impressed.  And, I’ll have to say my buddy gave me a very solid referral.  I have stayed in touch with Susan.  She has continued to provide me with excellent advice and referred me to the appropriate parties when things fall outside her area of expertise.  5 stars.  Highly recommend!!

I absolutely love Scott Jones and Rachel D. as my attorneys. They were able to step up and do what my old attorney could not. Being a single mother of two kids and not getting any child support was really really hard for 7 years. Scott and Rachel definitely stepped up to the plate and got those payments coming in for my children's sake. I highly recommend him or her.

I and my family have used Banks & Jones on several occasions for a variety of legal reasons. The one constant has been the quality of legal service we've received. The service has been timely, thorough, informative and successful, sometimes due to preparation and presentation, other times due to skilled negotiation or the professional relationships built up by our attorney. To say we're pleased is a bit of an understatement since we have been comforted - often in the scariest of times. Recommending firms or people is sometimes difficult, but not in this case. We have been well received, well informed and very well represented.
