Mark C. Hartsoe, founder and managing Partner, of Hartsoe Law Firm, P.C. is a 1985 graduate of the university of Tennessee College of Law. During his 27 years in practice, Mr. Hartsoe has represented hundreds of clients in injury cases such as car accidents, tractor trailer truck wrecks, motorcycle accidents and other serious personal injury and wrongful death cases.
Mr. Hartsoe started his career as a Federal Prosecutor litigating environmental cases in federal Court throughout Appalachia. Hartsoe was later a Senior Partner in a large Knoxville law firm for ten years before he realized his lifelong ambition of having his own law firm. Mark Hartsoe focuses his practice exclusively on helping parties who have been injured through the negligent conduct of others.
