Very disappointed in the lack of customer services...my debit card had been not working and I was told they ordered me a new one after 2 weeks have yet received my card..called this branch and was given a 800 number and come to find out there was no new card ordered...called back to let them know I was upset with the lack of communication between their employees..and the person I talked to showed no empathy what so ever and was very rude..so needless to say I will be taking my business to another branch ...
