NEVER WAIT WITH THI AMAZING STAFF at this location. Being able to have a conversation with Tom from the front desk to his desk is always nice !! Seeing Sara promote to a loan officer made a really great mark in my book. Ryan, always smiling with a great attitude, is very professional and has been very efficient working the front desk, knowing my name each time i return to Make my payment, after only meeting him once! You can only receive this type of professional service at United Finance! Thanks for ALL the great services.

United finance treats their customers like humans not numbers! In a techno world this is amazing to be able to call and talk to a person, when I have a question! The roseburg staff handles them self very professionally. Sabrina has handle majority of my issues and has been great!!!

Been going through them for 3 years and they are so nice and willing to really work with you. The only thing I would say is that they have high interests rates. When you have no credit though it's kinda what you get.

I couldn't believe the personal service I received from the staff at United Finance. They didn't 'look down' on me because of my credit history, and gave me a loan to buy a vehicle at D Auto Sales, with zero hassles! The process didn't take that long either. I just want to say, 'Thank You' to Tom, Ryan, and Samantha. You guys are aces in my book!

The team at the Roseburg branch is awesome Tim always has a good story Ryan always says hi when I walk in the door. Seeing Sabrina step up to the collector is just awesome!!! I bet she really kicks butt
