I think yes sometimes it's hard with the front desk and waiting room or sometimes scheduling. But, I still believe in some of the doctors and nursing staff and they have fully helped and supported me. Dr. Mills really cares for people and understands struggle and urgency, which is rare to find in a Greeley Doctor these days. She went above and beyond and even though I'm sick, she really gave me hope so I hope not all people assume just because the management side maybe doing unwell or working things out, don't take away from the real doctors and nurses etc. Please don't doubt Doctors like her or some they have had in past and present. They really have helped me even in bad experiences they still find ways to make up for it or my next appointment we get to the issues and find the best solutions for the health I am in at that time which is in my opinion an amazing general doctor. Her advice alone cleared up issues I had for months of pain and now dealing with another side of pain she of course pulls through like she always does and saved my day, getting her help today alone has made my month honestly, hard to find good help these days. Most of the small issues are between my insurance and the place we pick up prescriptions in the past. But when it comes to the actual doctors as long as she is there, I feel safe. And I think that's just what anyone in my state of health wants peace of comfort and mind that the doctor is actually listening not just assuming. Very graatful today 🙏 Thank you, Kindly, Edward

June 2017, I have read the other reviews and my experience was quite the opposite. The front desk was helpful and kind. We even joked around a bit about the appointment being painless. This was my first appointment. My attitude was positive and remained positive the entire time. Dr. Mills was informative, profession, and posesses a great personality. We discussed options and she listened to my concerns. Not to mention, I like a doctor that doesn't rush you out, and strives to do their absolute best the first time, so you don't have to keep going back, ahumm, follow up is an exception. The nursing staff that assisted me consisted of one experienced and one in training. We talked about why I was there and how it was personal for me (no whining, no drama, just general conversation). They did, as good people often do, offer sympathy. It was a learning experience for the student nurse; thus, I knew to be a patient with patience. As a side note, health care is one of the most demanding jobs. They are not only judged as a whole, but also as individuals, sometimes unfairly. Seek to understand. Bad days, unhappy ill people, insurance companies, slow technology, just to name a few, may put anyone in a bad mood. Yes, I know about bad experiences. I know far to well the mistakes, and/or the horrible, sickening lack of interest in another human being, especially based on their condition. I have witnessed Healthcare without "Care" in hospitals and especially nursing homes. However, I feel I have found a Clinic I can trust and sticking with them. I urge you to do the same.

Front desk is very nosey, doctors plays rules based off their personality not off the medical rules. They do not really care about your needs. They only do what they wish to do. Had to pull my files and service out of banner health service because this office is a joke. Made report to medicaid, state government and doctors license. Cannot believe simple request cannot be made.

This clinic was great when i first started going there, but it recently changed doctors and staff. I am really disappointed with the front desk, they are rude and hate doing any work. They have lied to my face about me owing money, and never send any lab work over any where. I always have to call twice and retell them what i need. Horrible place now. I will be moving to another clinic.
