What a pleasant experience when not feeling well.  I had a very short wait (maybe 5-8 minutes) and was in to a treatment room.  The assistant carefully took a pharmaceutical history plus my vital signs.  Soon after, the nurse practitioner came in and quickly assessed my problem with the perfect medications, even sending the scripts to my pharmacy nearby.  She carefully gave instructions for useage and I was done!

You can sign in on line (not really necessary); everyone was very pleasant and helpful; and even the pictures on the walls, in the treatment rooms, were calming and attractive.

We showed up at 6:15 last night with our son who had a fever and ear ache. We were the only patients in the entire facility. We checked in with the electronic kiosk at 6:20. We weren't helped by someone at the front desk until 6:40. When we asked the doctor in the other room why we were waiting, he explained that the nurse was taking her break. He made it sound like a mandatory break that couldn't be paused to check us in. Once the nurse was back from her break, she checked us in, got us in a room, and we treated quickly. The experience was terrific once the nurse's break was over. The experience was frustrating for the first 20 minutes while we waited. It seemed like our frustration could have been fixed if the nurse would have interrupted her break to check us in, or if there would have been someone else covering the front desk while the nurse took a break. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Jodi (i think, sorry if that's not it) at the front was really nice, she interacted with my 3 year old, was patient with her, was nice to us and listened to what I was saying. Helped my daughter get out of her jacket and talked with her even though most of what she was saying didn't make an entire sentence. The nurse practioner was polite and thorough. Got us in and out quickly. We got there at about 7:40 pm was out by 8:10 pm. The lady in the front was not only the receptionist but the cna or nurse (not sure which) as well, not only did she handle the front well but vitals also. When we left im pretty sure one of the couple's was actually from the first one we visited tonight that had an almost 2 hour wait. 
If you're like me, you read reviews before choosing to go somewhere, I was slightly iffy because every other review was 1 star, but super glad we went! If we need urgent care again, I will not hesitate to use this facility!

My first visit to Banner Urgent Care on Meeker was the best experience I've ever had at any urgent care facility. Lisa warmly greeted me and got me checked in, explaining their processes. I was then immediately seen by NP Aileen who examined me, ran some tests, and accurately diagnosed me. She spent quality time with me to ensure that I was being well taken care of and clearly understood her after-care instructions.  I will always use this urgent care facility in the future.
