The only flower shop my husband will go to is Barb’s All Seasons Flowers. Each arrangement I receive is gorgeous and full. I love being able to enjoy each one for a long time. My husband says the customer service is phenomenal. My only concern is that my husband should order more often!

You can order from 1800 flowers for better customer service- oh and they actually deliver!! I ordered some flowers for my mother. The only reason I went here was because I knew the original owner, and since new ownership this place has been ran into the ground. I called upset because the delivery driver treated my mother as an inconvenience. Suggesting even though I paid $8 for delivery and $80 for the flowers, you can just pick them up if you want... yet they of course would still charge me that fee. I called to have them be aware and spoke with the new owner which just argued with me...  I didn’t call to fight with them, I called to let them know and to be aware of the situation. This is the last time I will do business with this place.

Reading a recent review has encouraged me to write about my own consistently positive experience at Barb's All Seasons Flowers.  I have been a customer for over 15 years, with both the 'old' and 'new' owners.  I have always received wonderful customer service and gorgeous arrangements.

Barb's All Seasons Flowers is the only florist I use in the Janesville area.  The delivery fee is a great price, the website is a breeze to navigate, and when I have called the owner Kathy or Cathy has been most kind and helpful.  The flowers have always exceeded my expectations!

I was disappointed to read the negative comments left about this business. My family has been going here for many years and we've never experienced any of the mistreatment spoken of in these reviews. The ladies who have assisted me went above and beyond to make the floral arrangement I ordered to be exactly how I asked. Great place, great people.
