Wish I would've read the reviews first. Placed an order for pick up at 6:30, hours online said they were open until 7, get there and they closed at 5!? Left a message asking them to call me in the morning and to change the order to delivery. They called back and said they don't deliver that far. So it's okay for a customer to waste an hour of their time driving to and from a CLOSED store for a scheduled 6:30 pick up but you can't put in any time taking care of your customers. Waste of my time. Terrible business. Terrible customer service.

Horrible experience. Paid 80 bucks for strawberries dipped in chocolate with a fancy box and a ballon delivered to my wife on Valentine's day. She didn't get it till noon the next day. And no balloon or fancy box. Tried several times to call with no answer. To top it all off the berries were mushy and beginning to spoil. Sad that some people don't get the concept of good customer service.

No handicap parking.. Difficult to enter just with my walker.

Called 5 times on a Monday no answer drove down there nobody in the building. hours said 8 a.m to 5 pm well it was only 4, an hour before they claimed to be closed.
