Barbara Baker is a full-service realtor who got us a price we didn’t believe possible! When my mother decided she was ready to sell her Sedona home, she met with several realtors but liked Barbara Baker’s straightforward style. Her team came in and took some fabulous photos including a video from a drone flying overhead to show the scenery and within two days there were competing offers. My mother really wanted to sell to someone who was going to live in the house rather than an investor, and Barbara accepted those parameters and advised us how to get the best price. She structured the contract to get all the inspections done quickly, recommended several movers when we were having trouble finding someone on our schedule, and literally at the last minute was able to hire someone to clean the house and haul away the last bits that were being left behind. Her knowledge of the market and local experts, the kindness and patience her whole team showed to an elderly homeowner, and her consummate professionalism impressed us greatly.
