Susan and Troy have been a pleasure to work with. After becoming frustrated with property searches elsewhere, my wife and I decided to switch our focus to Sedona. We cold called Susan based on her internet reviews and she was fantastic and on her game from the first minute we spoke. We drove up that same day and she and Troy had properties ready to view and all the pertinent information we needed. We ended up making an offer on one of them the very next day. Susan and Troy were great through the entire process and we closed escrow on time. They did everything promised and helped us get us the perfect house. I whole heartedly recommend them!

My wife and I don't quite remember how we ended up being connected to Susan and her husband Troy in our search of a home in Sedona/VOC, but boy are we ever grateful for this most fortuitous match! They were not not only extremely knowledgeable and experienced about this area and the market in general, but they were also amazingly responsive to our near constant queries and questions about anything and everything related to our home search. To boot, Susan's delightful British accent made us feel like we were indeed getting the "Royal" treatment all along.

In summary, the level of service and professionalism that Susan and Troy extended to us was truly outstanding, and was deeply appreciated.

We could not recommend them both more highly.

We had a Great experience working with Susan, Troy & Rebecca! True Buyers Agents.
It was very nice working with someone that has the local market experience along with the in depth Real Estate knowledge.
They went above and beyond representing us through a rocky process with an unusual Appraisal & lending experience. They were with us every step of the way and always kept a great attitude and sense of humor. 
We are so happy with our purchase and grateful for all of their expertise through this process!
