I have been with barber insurance for over 5 years now and every time I need help they are so kind and professional. The team is friendly and great to work with. I send over referrals as much as I can. Friends family you name it. I adore the team they have!!

Definitely the most difficult people I have ever worked with. They are extremely unprofessional and do not know how to do their job. It takes them forever to get back to you and have no accountability. If you can avoid it, do not go into their agency; they have a large bird cage right in their lobby and it smells horrible. They do not have you sit with an agent, they make you stand up and down in the lobby with the birds at a counter to negotiate your insurance plan. I can't wait to be out of my policy so I can leave this agency. Also if they offer you Mercury insurance, just turn it down, there are so many better insurance companies.

I just had to write a review for Barber Insurance. I have always loved the idea of supporting a local, family based insurance agency - but Barber is so much more than that. With two sons who that are constantly buying and selling vehicles, Barber has given us the best care with great rates and incredible customer service. They were also so helpful and supportive when I was in an accident. Walk in the door there, you will be greeted with a smile and professionalism that's hard to find these days.

Just purchesed renter's insurance through Barber's, friendly service as soon as I walked in the door. The process was quick and easy.  In fact planning on switching my car insurance over to them as well.

PLEASE READ! This is the worst choice we have ever made. Here are the FACTS! I bought a new 2017 car from the dealer. We had been longtime customers of their's for YEARS! No ACCIDENTS. NO TICKETS. NO DUIs. My policy renewal was due in 3 months from the time of new vehicle purchse. When I was at the dealer I called and asked for a quote. They said $600.00 for 6 SIX MONTHS for my new 2017 car.  I called infront of the dealer sales man!! THEY LIED!!! when i got the bill the COVERAGE OF THE NEW CAR was going to EXPIRE IN 3 MONTHS when my policy for my other 2 cars was going SET expire!!! THEY SAID IT WAS BECAUSE I ADDED THE CAR TO MY POLICY. IF I HAD OPENED A NEW POLICY IT WOULD HAVE BEEN 600.00 FOR 6 MONTHS. BUT BECAUSE I ADDED IT, IT WAS $600.00 FOR 3 MONTHS. THEY WERE SO RUDE. THEY TOOK NO ACCOUNTABILIYT FOR THEIR MISTAKE. THE 2 GENTLEMEN AT THE DEALER HEARD ME ON THE PHONE WITH THEM AGREEING ON 600 FOR 6 MONTHS BECAUSE THEY NEEDED PRROF OF FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE BEFORE I DROVE THE CAR AWAY.
