Very easy to work with. They will work with you over the phone or in person at there office. The staff is friendly and around renewal time, they always look for ways to save you money. I have jumped from agency to agency for the past few years and I think I will be sticking with them for a while because they have saved me the most money and treated me better.

The Yates staff since 2004, and they have always been there for me. They always go above and beyond looking for ways to save me money. This day in age, we can't aford to pass that up! Everytime I come to the office, I especially feel welcome because they always remember me and my son.

Liliana Sevilla has been a great agent to me, especially when I had a claim with Mercury Insurance. Yates and Mercury took great care of me. The claims process was hassle free. This is the type of service everyone deserves.

Please don't pass up the opportunity to receive great service, as the Yates Staff knows how to get it done!

I have been insured with Yates insurance since 2006, everytime I have a question on my policy their friendly staff is always happy to help. And by happy to help I mean happy, the girl who answers the phone is never rude and you can always hear a smile on her face. Great staff, excellent customer service, and excellent rates!
