I have been going to Bardot for over a year now, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I was BLESSED with being put in Mikey's chair for my first appointment and feel after years of searching that I finally found the colorist/stylist for me. GO. SEE. HIM. HE. IS. AMAZING. I have long blonde colored hair and I came to them after my hair had been destroyed by another salon in the area. Without hesitation Mikey worked on my hair for almost 4 hours, even staying an hour past closing, as he wanted to ensure that my hair looked good, but more importantly that I felt good about it. Now, every time I leave, Mikey makes me feel even more beautiful than the last time I came in. I can't possibly say enough good things about this place, the employees, or my experiences. Come here to get your hair done. I promise you won't regret it!

Went to salon to get hair trimmed, colored and blown out. The color was not what I wanted and my hair was chopped off! Not a happy customer. I usually give excellent reviews but not this time. The salon is clean and nice but the hair stylist did not follow any of my requests as to what I wanted. Won't go back.

Just had a pedicure with Jessica. Positive experience all the way ! Ask for her in the salon. You wont be disappointed.

I will definitely be returning to this salon! I have never had such a better turn out in regards to layering and keeping length. They did a great job with the color and I have gotten so many compliments. Everyone was so nice and made me feel welcome. I have a limited budget, but this investment was worth it, thanks Bardot!

Very disappointed. This is not a professional salon. The stylist gave me a very fast haircut with little attention paid to detail, and only cut dry after blowing my curly hair straight, so when I washed it at home realized cut is very choppy. Also, had coloring done but unlike every other salon where a single process carries the color through, the colorist said this salon considers the $70 single process to only include touching up the roots. This is false advertising that one should know before going to this salon, and the color did not even cover my grays. I reached out to the owner via phone, email, and facebook but two weeks later still no response to my concerns. Not surprising considering the owner/manager never came by, felt ignored while the staff was gabbing, and they didn't even offer a drink or magazine at what is advertised as a high end salon. Unfortunately, now I have to wait until my hair grows long enough to have it cut properly and will need to get it colored again. Of course I will go elsewhere.
