Cannot believe my experience. I ordered flowers at 7:40am before they even opened. I even asked to have them delivered ASAP that same day. I wanted to surprise my wife early so she can enjoy her flowers and experience the feeling of happiness the WHOLE day, only to get a mssg from the florist at 1:10pm in afternoon asking what are her work hours.. Are you kidding me? She gets off in a few hours... It doesn't matter anymore what time they deliver anymore. I'm so heart broken and so disappointed that she did NOT enjoy her moment the whole day. You had her work #!!! You could have clld her business and asked.... l work graveyard and slept most the day but slept happy thinking she would get her flowers early this day.. Now l am so sad and ANGRY that she did not enjoy her moment the way it was meant. Thanks for ruining this special day.. My heart is broken, and my happiness is now turned to tears.. Cannot believe your service.. Hope everyone reads this before they choose you online for orders.. Update your system to ask for our of delivery for businesses... You guys really ruined our day.. Thanks for nothing....
