Overpriced, horrible customer service. And did I mentioned that it's overpriced? No really! I mean it. For 2 roses that were showing the early signs of wilting with a cheap $5 small bear in a cheap glass vase for $44 overpriced! 

Needless to say, I will be giving my business to another florist shop that's worth their salt.

I called this store on 5/29 to order a Giant Red Car Gift Bow " 30 inches" 
 to surprise my Wife's new car. the person on the phone who happened to be the owner told me no problem we will have it ready in two hours and asked for my credit card number and charged $54.50. When I got there to pick up the car bow two hours before the party, they showed me a small, ugly, unprofessional, red and white ribbons mixed together kind of a thing.   
I asked the person behind the counter, would you pay $54.50 for this? he surprisingly said,  I WOULD NOT EVEN PAY $5.00  FOR THIS.

Steve took exceptionally good care of a delivery for my sister's birthday - she loved her flowers and they are REALLY gorgeous. I appreciate his time and detail in helping us ensure brightening her day. Toluca Lake Florist has always been my favorite, and they consistently provide great customer service and beautiful flowers!

I was very pleased with the experience. I had given some wrong delivery information. The florist was quick to contact me and their responsiveness was very professional and they were able to deliver the flowers quickly. The whole process was easy and I am appreciative of their excellent service.

I needed a memory tree sent ASAP late on a Saturday afternoon.  Even though their driver had left for the day, they called him back and the family received the gift.  The first 2 places I called said absolutely no way, but this florist went the extra mile.  And what a gorgeous tree!
